Portfolio of Model Programs 2011-2022

For more than a decade, the Upstream Investments Portfolio helped advance the adoption of evidence-informed programs across Sonoma County. As evidence-informed practices became more widely implemented and priorities evolved to focus on collective impact and Anti-Racist Results-Based Accountability (ARBA), the Portfolio Review Committee was dissolved in 2022 and the application process transitioned to an administrative review.

 

READY (2014 - 2024)

READY (Road to the Early Achievement and Development of Youth) was implemented from 2014-2024. For 10 years, READY engaged with cross-sector community partners to assess kindergarten readiness, provide kindergarten readiness data, make connections, create space for parent and community engagement, host resources and support transition from early learning to kindergarten.
